Our Mission Continues
Every year, we look forward to connecting with our global community who share our mission and remain committed to learning best practices in prevention, treatment and law enforcement. In place of an in-person Rx Summit event, we are excited and diligently working to create a virtual experience full of video content, live streaming with Q&A sessions—all to take place as scheduled, April 14–16.
In times of national crisis, people with addiction and mental illness are often the first to be forgotten. That’s why it’s important now, more than ever, to ensure the Rx Summit community comes together to share what’s working in addressing the opioid crisis.
We may not be able to see you in-person for a bit, but we’re still committed to this work. We’re still here delivering the very best education. We’ll be active online and on social media doing our best to deliver education and information every single day. The Rx Summit has been bringing communities together to foster connections, solutions, and hope. This is why we must continue to meet virtually or otherwise. This mission continues even now — #ThisIsWhyWeMeet
When things feel most uncertain, this is exactly when hope is needed most. These words are a reminder that the things that bring connection and healing are still needed — now more than ever.
