*With the Maximum Access Package, nearly every session from Rx Summit 2023 will be available on-demand for 3 months following the conference. The Maximum Access Package is designed to provide attendees the most value by offering sessions for replay at their convenience. With the Maximum Access Package, attendees can still access the sessions they missed while in Atlanta.
Group Discounts
We are pleased to offer group registration rates for any organization planning to send five or more people from the same organization to the conference. Groups of 5+ will receive a discount of $100/person.
Please note this discount is not applicable to Student/Resident/Fellow registrations. The Group Discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:
1. Please use the "Add Registrant" Feature if you would like to pay as a group. Have everyone in your group register up to the payment page, but DO NOT make any payments.
2. Once everyone in the group has registered, email registration@hmpglobal.com with a list of the registrants in your group, subject line - Rx Summit Group Discount.
3. We will apply the group discount to your registrations and send updated invoices.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for Rx Summit 2023 must be received in writing by emailing registration@hmpglobal.com or postmarked by March 13, 2023. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by April 6, 2023.
Cancellations received after April 10, 2023 will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 epidemic.
